Overview
These Terms & Conditions apply to customers who purchase products or services from LV Windows & Doors. By placing an order, signing an order document, approving project details, or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable order terms.
LV Windows & Doors may update this page from time to time. The terms that apply to a specific order may also be included in written order documents, invoices, estimates, or other customer communications.
Orders
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before signing, approving, or submitting payment. This includes product type, measurements, quantities, frame options, glass options, colors, hardware, installation notes, and any other project details listed in the order.
Please check your order carefully before signing. Once an order is approved and processed, changes may be limited and may result in additional fees.
Deposits & Payments
LV Windows & Doors requires a 50% deposit to process an order. The remaining balance is due according to the terms provided with the customer’s order, invoice, estimate, or project agreement.
Accepted payment methods include card, cash, and checks. Payment method availability may vary depending on the order, timing, and payment location.
Credit Card Processing Fees
Customers may pay by credit card. However, LV Windows & Doors prefers cash or check payments when ordering in order to avoid additional credit card processing fees.
- 2.6% processing fee for in-person credit card payments.
- 3.6% processing fee for over-the-phone credit card payments.
Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be non-refundable if cancelled after 24 hours of ordering. Customers should contact LV Windows & Doors as soon as possible if they need to request a change or cancellation.
Changes made to orders already in production are subject to an additional fee. Some changes may not be possible once materials have been ordered, production has started, or project details have been finalized.
Final Sales & Returns
All sales are final. Please check your order before signing. Orders are non-refundable if cancelled after 24 hours of ordering.
Custom window products, made-to-measure items, special orders, or production-based orders may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Delivery
LV Windows & Doors attempts to make deliveries as prompt and efficient as possible. However, delivery timing may be affected by production timelines, product availability, scheduling, transportation, weather, access conditions, or other factors outside the company’s control.
If your product has not been delivered or you are experiencing a delay, please call or email LV Windows & Doors. The team will review your request and get back to you within 24 hours Monday–Saturday.
Product Notes
Screens are included with all window purchases and may vary from different windows. Screens are easy to remove and can be replaced if damaged.
Weep holes are located at the bottom of the sash frame and allow water to escape. Their design helps keep insects and debris out.
Product details, frame options, accessories, and installation requirements may vary based on the specific project, product type, and existing property conditions.
